The analyst panel's decision board — every name adjudicated, approved or declined. Shows the BUY vote count out of five, the mean conviction, and the panel's own decision sentence. Declines and integrity vetoes are shown alongside the approvals on purpose: a board with only approvals cannot tell 'the panel found nothing to buy' from 'the panel never sat' or 'the feed died'.
